The most
challenging part of cooking chicken breast is not drying the chicken out during
the cooking process. However, using TomTom’s recipe and marinade will cause
your chicken to come out juicy every time.
Please be
sure to check out the BLOG for additional details and cooking tips.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast(s)1 cup of water
Apple juice (enough to completely submerge chicken during marination process.
½ cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Cumin
½ stick Melted butter
1 TBS Paprika
3 TBS Rosemary
2 TBS Onion powder
3 TBS Cilantro
2 TBS Black pepper
In the video
I mentioned that I marinated my chicken for one hour. However, the thickness of
the chicken required a longer process of a total time of two to three hours of
marination. Depending upon the thickness of your chicken you may wish to adjust
the marination time.
Be sure to
cook your chicken slowly and check often for doneness especially if you are
cooking the chicken in an oven.
If you wish
to cook your chicken on a grill, I recommend indirect cooking in order to slow
the cooking process and reduce the opportunity of drying the chicken out.
Cooking time
will vary depending on the thickness of your chicken.
