There is absolutely nothing like flavorful food. Bland is
nowhere in sight when it comes this dish!
INGREDIENTS
Eye of round steak (amount is up to you)
1 cup of water
Cilantro (2 TBS)
Parsley flakes (2 TBS)
Tony’s Chacere’s (1 TBS)
Black pepper (1 1/2 TBS)
Onion powder (1 TBS)
Worcestershire sauce (1/2 cup)
Scotch bonnet (OPTIONAL – 1 TSP or to taste)
1 cup of water
Cilantro (2 TBS)
Parsley flakes (2 TBS)
Tony’s Chacere’s (1 TBS)
Black pepper (1 1/2 TBS)
Onion powder (1 TBS)
Worcestershire sauce (1/2 cup)
Scotch bonnet (OPTIONAL – 1 TSP or to taste)
Before you begin this recipe, I recommend you put the
steaks in the freezer for a few minutes; long enough to allow them to harden a
bit. This will make slicing much easier.
There is no uniform method to slicing this beef. If you
have a meat slicer, that would be a great way to handle the process. Otherwise,
simply slice them however you see fit with a knife.
Once the meat has been sliced, place it into a container
and begin the process of making the marinade.
Mix all marinade ingredients directly onto the meat. Be
sure everything is coated and submerged. I also recommend shaking the meat
around inside the container (with a lid on) in order to generously coat
everything. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
Heat a large skillet on the stove to medium heat. Be sure
skillet is coated with a non- stick spray. Drain marinade from container before
placing meat into pan for cooking. Place the meat into the pan and stir
regularly. If the meat is thin as mine was in the video, it won’t take long to
cook.
Cook to your desired doneness level and enjoy!
