Bacon Bomb Recipe – BACON EXPLOSION

Bacon Bomb Recipe

The bacon bomb recipe is simple yet tasty with an open door for your creativity and taste.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of sausage
1 package of bacon
Seasoning to taste – TomTom’s homemade rub / seasoning - https://youtu.be/XiHO8DPKMb4
BBQ sauce of your choice – TomTom’s homemade BBQ sauce recipe – https://youtu.be/XxYcKs3tQMI

You may fill your bacon bomb with anything you wish. In my case, I simply sued some left over bacon which I fried up and placed inside the sausage. You may use cheese, vegetables, meats, and so on. The sky is the limit!

The first thing to do is preheat your oven or grill to 350 degrees.

The most difficult part of this recipe comes when you create your basket weave for your sausage to fit in (it’s not hard at all). To create the bacon weave, interlace the strips of bacon in the same manner as you would for a lattice top for a pie.

Spread your sausage out into a flat sheet and make as thin as possible but not so thin that it will struggle to hold your ingredients. Liberally sprinkle seasoning onto sausage before adding ingredients. Once ingredients have been added, roll sausage up into a log and place onto bacon basket weave on the edge of the weave. Roll the bacon over the usage until the sausage is completely covered by the bacon.

Add additional seasoning to outside of bacon and then lightly coat outside (pastry brush is proffered) before placing into over or onto grill.

Brush on additional suave every ten to twenty minutes during cooking process until bacon bomb is finished.

Once bacon bomb reached 160 degrees, remove from grill or oven and allow to rest for ten minutes before slicing and enjoying the fruits of your labor!

Marinated Chicken Breast – Intense Flavor

The most challenging part of cooking chicken breast is not drying the chicken out during the cooking process. However, using TomTom’s recipe and marinade will cause your chicken to come out juicy every time.

Please be sure to check out the BLOG for additional details and cooking tips.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast(s)
1 cup of water
Apple juice (enough to completely submerge chicken during marination process.
½ cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Cumin
½ stick Melted butter
1 TBS Paprika
3 TBS Rosemary
2 TBS Onion powder
3 TBS Cilantro
2 TBS Black pepper

Marinated Chicken

In the video I mentioned that I marinated my chicken for one hour. However, the thickness of the chicken required a longer process of a total time of two to three hours of marination. Depending upon the thickness of your chicken you may wish to adjust the marination time.

Be sure to cook your chicken slowly and check often for doneness especially if you are cooking the chicken in an oven.

If you wish to cook your chicken on a grill, I recommend indirect cooking in order to slow the cooking process and reduce the opportunity of drying the chicken out.

Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your chicken.
